About Me
I am a professional astrologer and tarot card reader with over 30 years of experience employing an intuitive, yet grounded and well-researched approach.
I use the Universal Waite Tarot, but have studied all the classic decks, and practice a type of modern western astrology, informed by ancient and medieval tradition. My course 0f study has taken in the writings of Rob Hand, John Frawley, Alejandro Jodorowsky, and Jean Baptiste Morin, among others.
From 1997 until the beginning of the pandemic I saw most of my clients at Gargoyles Statuary in the University District, now I currently read out of my house in a quiet section of Seattle's Ballard neighborhood.
My Start
I got interested in Tarot and Astrology during the Summer of 1982, when I lived in San Francisco. It was a stimulating but also disoriented time. I was 28, going through my Saturn return. Discovering both of these esoteric traditions was exactly what I needed, something to perceive the meaning and sense of destiny underneath the layers of randomness. Of course I didn’t suddenly have it all figured out from then on, but I had something to work with and help guide me.
43 years later, I'm practically a veteran practitioner with a list of clients both recent and going back as far as 25 years. It hasn’t made me well-off by a long shot (though I have everything I need), but I’m privileged and lucky to be doing this.

Tarot and Astrology can come up with surprisingly specific and “granular” information, at the same time revealing the big picture. I’m good at delving into a question or situation you come to me with.
That said, I have no problem telling you if I don’t know or am not sure. The fact that I’m a mere mortal and not some all-seeing god means I can relate to you that much better. At least 75% of my clients stay with me over the long haul.
